URGENT: Moved Servers - Database Error

I have just moved servers. All files have been uploaded to the new server, and I have just finished setting up the database with all data inside.

I am getting a database error when I go anywhere - admin panel, main page - anywhere.

I have modified config.php with the new details but still nothing is working.

Any ideas?

That's not the actual message, you have edited it, and not posted all of it.

Have you actually created your user, and given it access to the database ?
