Not really a hack: Export forum contents to HTML

Is there some script to take a vB forum and dump the contents into static HTML pages (for archival purposes)? I asked at vBulletin.com and this is legal as long as no vBCode is used in the HTML.

I am also looking to achieve this - is there a function or plugin to export the entire contents of a board I own into flat-files, browsable offline (in my case on a CD-Rom)
