I have a links pages, and I want to make it more vbulletin like, use the header and footer of vbulletin.Please help me, I browsed the forum and from more than 20 threads, i didn`t find a solution.

Why not make a template containing these links? Or if you want a html page, copy the header and footer templates into the code.
