I want the member to have ability to send/receive PM from/to Admin and moderator

If I want the member to have ability to send/receive PM from/to Admin and moderator only (not allow to send /receive from member) is there any hack for this change ?

And alter which usergroup it restricts - on my board I altered it so it placed this restriction for people I have suspended.
