Hi there,
I've searched everywhere and have found no success in finding a solution to adding a user manual for our forum visitors. I'm using a fixed column forum, so perhaps adding a nav bar to one side might be out of the question. It would be great if an administrator could add links to topics and pages that are similar to using a PDF file with bookmarks.
