Hello,

I've been looking for this hack but can't seem to find it.

Go to www.bones-forum.com and look down - you'll see pictures under some of the forums. Can anyone tell me which hack that is? Thanks.

Looks like they are using Custom Forum Icons and also mod'ed the catagory to display the forums (the medico catagory) in columns.
try this plug in (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=102025)
I'm not really sure that's what they used but it's close...
