A hack to add guests to ignore list

At this time, I do allow guests to post on my forum. There will likely come a day when I have to change that but so far, it has worked out okay.

I have some members though who would prefer to NOT read posts made by guests. I have done a search but can't find a hack that would allow a member to add "guest" to their ignore list. Does such a hack exist already?
