What's your reputation spread?

We go back and forth over this recognizing the pros and cons of using it at all.

I'd love some info and opinions:

1. What is your rep spread number?
2. What's your philosophy on why you have it where it is?

mines 5, simply because I don't have enough members to warrant having it higher.

We've got 42,000 members (but only about 125 with over 100 posts). Currently ours is set at 5, but we're thinking of lowering it...even maybe to zero.
