How do I Add or remove administrative rights in the admincp?

I was searching for the matter in caption but I really did not find anything relative.
Indeed I need to add some extra fields on the specific panel. For example the original panel includes rights and permissions for the regular activities as styles,languages,forum,users, e.t.c . Actually I want to add also some more as v3 Arcade, Logician's Web Templates, vBA cmps and some more, separating this way the rights for my administrators respectivelly.
Is there anyway to add these acts and where I have to do this??
I will be really appreciated if there is some way to do something like that. Thanks in advance.

As far as Webtemplates is concerned, it uses "can administer style" permission. So if you create a new usergroup, give it admin cp access but restrict his permissions so that it only has "can administer style" permission, he can administer your webtemplates but can do nothing else in admin cp.

I tried that by giving to the new user group (called editors) permission for logicians tepmlates in the vbulletin_options, which does work correctly (but this is the problem there is no separate access for that) and I am obliged to activate the Styles & Templates option (in the administrators panel rights) which is completely undesirable to be activated for that group. This is I am asking above, to issue in the administators rights panel separate row for the specific section and that's my query how I can add some more rows wth the individual (non showing items) in the administrators rights panel so as to be able to add or remove the relative rights from there.
