I have started a new site dedicated to history, ranging from prehistoric times to the present, military, religious, art history and world and US history.

The site is still being tweaked and I would like a little feedback on how it looks, what can/should be changed and any additions related to the topic of history anyone might suggest.

The style is nice and simple but it could probably be more history-ish.

I'm like Tony...it needs something just a little more in the graphics area but I'm not sure what. I think it is a great start, however. It's also a subject I'm very interested in...I may have to join up ;)

Thanks.. do you think overall graphics are whats needed or just the forums?

I don't want to get to crazy with graphics because I want the content to be the most important and I am hoping that students, homeschoolers, teachers etc will find a use for the site once I get it really up to speed... and there is nothing like a bunch of graphics for the sake of graphics to slow things down.
