RSS Feed For New Posts

Ok, I know how the vB RSS feed shows the latest threads, but is it possible to set it for, or is there a mod for, showing the newest posts also? Something like how SMF does it. An example of an SMF feed is http://www.gmfclan.be/forums/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml
As you can see, it shows the latest topics and replies.

I checked RSS in External Data Sources in vBulletin Options, or something like that.

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > External Data Provider > Enable RSS Syndication (Yes)

Test your RSS: vbpath/external.php

You can validate it at this link too: http://feedvalidator.org/
Enter the link to your RSS to check if it work fine:
http://www.yoursite.com/vbpath/external.php?type=RSS
And validate it.
