It looks nice, but then again it's an extremepixels skin. The link to the forums isn't extremely obvious (i.e.: the navbar), and the logo has something left to be desired.

I'm not sure if you are really looking to make a discussion forum, or just a site for clan members. If it's just a fun site for clan members, then the stuff I said above doesn't really matter. If you want a more in depth review, throw me a PM, I'd be glad to help you out.

You have a tiny horizontal scroll on your forumhome in 1024*768 resolution.

Apart from that, you might want to consider a second lighter style.

No further comments available regarding the style, coz simply put, I can't see anything on your site (my eyes that's the problem, not that your site is broke).
