Looking for a way to add a "review" section to my vBulletin board

I've searched the forum here but couldn't find anything. I am looking for a hack/mod that I can tie into to my vBulletin forum that will allow users to upload a picture of a product, then allow any registered member to rate that product say from 1 to 5 or so. Maybe allow them to offer their opinions on each. Would like it to run off the user database so only members can use it.

My website deals with 1958-65 Chevrolet's and I would like to have this for my members to rate various reproduction car parts, books, etc.

Does something like this exist already? I'm running vBulletin 3.5.4 so would need to work with that.

There is GARS, but only the lite version is free.

I have the GARS full version, its brilliant, i also use the GAL as well
