Trying to remove a hack

I installed a hack awhile ago and it was for a shoutbox, not the vbshout but another that I forget the name of. It always occupied a spot in my vboptions area but the name filed is blank. I uninstalled the hack other than this part, how can I get rid of it?

I'm pretty ccertain it was this one

Go to your website's www/forum/includes/xml folder and delete the file that you uploaded for that hack.

there isnt one there

i looked and it was chatbox 0.6 and I removed the xml file previously and the php file also any template edits were reverted. Anything else I can do?
