I'm using a Turkish board, which causes the non-English characters not to be transformed into lovercase.

Like:

İŞ Çok deĞİl.

How can we prevent it?

Don't think its going to be possible.

No, It's not that.

I mean, Turkish characters cause problems when the "Preventing Shouting" setting is on.

Is not it possible to improve it?

How is it possible to know what characters if any are in an upper case? (I've got no clue how the turkish alphabet works to be honest)

I think I coudn't express what i want to tell.

As we know, there is an option in vbulletin which prevents shouting in the messages in which all characters are uppercase.

But, Turkish has some additional characters which vbulletin can not convert into lowercase.

For example:

İ should be i
Ğ should be ğ
? should be ?
? should be ?
Ş should be ş

All the other characters are the same as in English. And they can be converted. But only non-English characters are not converted, and it makes a non-standart conversion.

I wish Vbulletin could convert non-english characters also.

Thats all ;)
