Post by IP Address

I am trying to locate 1 post on my site that was posted with a specific IP Address. When I look for that IP address through AdminCP and click on "find posts..." I get all the posts by that user. Is there a way to find the 1 post (Or however many) that was posted with that IP Address?

Something like .. select * from post where ipaddress 123.123.123.123 ?

I wouldn't know, but I am sure you could run a query.
