Remove part of Navbar

Hallo, I am new here, I searched on forums but I didn't find it :(, so how I can remove this part of Navbar from the homepage (http://www.pcsilenzioso.it), but not from the forum page (http://www.pcsilenzioso.it/forum)?. Thanks for answers.
