username's link dropdown

is there a way to have a small dropdown menu when we click on any username's link?

You mean like if I click on your username here is comes up with a drop down with items such as profile, send pm, send email, visit homepage, find posts, add to buddy list?

If so, and you are running 3.5.x (and possibly 3.0.x but I can't remember now) then this is part of the default template.
