I want to use the plugins system to add my header/logo and navigation bar. However, I dont know what hook to use to get it all at the top like that.
The reason I want to use the plugins/hooks system is so that I can use a php include file for my header and navbar. That way I only have to change any header/navigation information in one place because I use it outside my forums also.
Make sense? Please help
