Portal is pretty slow loading.

You need a link to your forums in the navbar header, its better viewable then the side navagation one.

Forums - too much stuff at the top. Move the shoutbox to the bottom - deters posting. I'd get rid of the moderator column as all the mods seems to be the same in most forums. I'd also cut out a few forums - you have too many.
