vBulletin forum category on a non-vb powered page

Hi ppl, i'd like to know how i go about putting a vBulletin forum category on a non-vb powered page.

Is there some product i can use to achieve this?

You could see how index.php does it with the bigtree function file and reproduce that for your own homepage.
