So I have three VB forums on three different domains. I have a fourth domain that I would like to use as kind of an aggregator of sorts. In other words, I would like to show maybe the 2 most recent posts in each forum on this domain... Is this possible using RSS feeds or something?

Yes. You can use external.php to do it.
