problem with making my first skin

ive done a good joib so far with making the skin, but i have come across a part of the skin which i have been unable to change the colour off, if you check the link below you will see the part that im having a problem with, it is the the part with post icons underneath the reply page

i have tried all the below to no avail

getting hex code for the colour in photoshop and searching the page for it, i even went as far to saving the skin xml and searching it for the hex code, both to no avail

looking for images that may be the problem since the upper parts of that where images, once again to no avail

can somebody get back to me on this asap
