attachment limits packages

Dear friends, help me out please.

I start thinking how to generate member groups by attachment limits packages?

Attachments statistics in the admin Control Panel are showing some numbers, but in order to figure out the right attachment limits I need more detailed statistics.
Can you tell me please how I can figure out the average size of total attachments size?
How about total attachments size in the Members List, in front of each member- total size of attachments and amount of attachments?

Let me rephrase,(probably it’s very hard to get true my English, sorry):
Is there any opportunity to figure out average size of total attachments per user?
If it’s not possible, were I can see (find) those numbers?
