Surely this has been discussed, but I have been unable to find an answer through searching.
I have a usergroup set up for users with zero posts. They are unable to use the private message system. However, there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off permission for using the feature to email members. I have had some intermittent problems with people signing up to send those Nigerian email scams to members through the forum.
Is there a way to limit permission to use this feature for a particular usergroup or for users with less than x number of posts?
