I was wondering if there could be a hack/mod created that could incorporate the above, I have a number of users who with to advertise on my site in the form of a banner but may not wish to advertise every month, so could a mod be created that will allow a users to pay a fee and have their banner placed for the time of the subscription fee time, I have no other use for the paid subscription side of things so thought I could use it for this.

This would be a great hack.. I would even be willing to pay for this one..
