This is because of "Mike's" avatar. The picture is huge and it is stretching the postbit area. Thats what is wrong. Maybe you should go into your control panel and set a maximum avatar size so that the postbit wont be stretched.
Theres nothing "wrong".

no you see how mine dont have Admintrator under my name also look at Miks name and look at mine Mikes small and not clickable
also my avatar wont even show up in my postbit area
Coudl someone sign up to see if theres works

yes i am Chris i am an admin and mike is an admin
another user signed up and there postbnit area works fine
Were you logged in at the time?
Looks like a Guest post to me.

yes i deleted my username after that and redid my name and it still does it
Everyone else its fine but mine wont work

Check that you are both in the same usergroup.
Mike may be in a different usergroup with admin permissions.
