Replying to PM's trouble

I am having trouble being able to reply to PM's. When I hit the "reply" button, the page starts to load. It stops loading when it gets to the post icons, which means I have no "send" button. I refresh many times and it still keeps doing it. Is this a known problem? Is it just me? How can I fix this?

hmm, no user has reported such a bug here yet, so i think it may be on your site...
