Importing a vb userbase & posts Help!

What is the right way to import a userbase and posts/threads from one site to another, along with posts?

I'm starting a new community and want to move my member base and posts (to be put into an archive), but don't want to carry any style / template data or other non-vital data. Just the posts/threads and users (post counts and all).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Use Impex, as this will import all the threads posts and user data etc, but nothing style, modification, or non essential data

Impex? I haven't used that before. Is it in the admincp?

You can download from your members area, follow the instructions in the zip, then when you are done ensure that delete the whole impex directory from your site.
