3DRealms.com Forum skin feedback

Awhile ago I was asked to do the skin for the 3DRealms.com forum since they jumped over to vBulletin.

This was pretty much my first full skin design. I've done one for the Alan Wake forums but that was only a couple of CSS changes and a different header and footer.
