EDIT2: It's basically something (I don't know?) that makes your forums look more like vB2 but keeping it at vB3. It also gives it that unique header look.

There is a few vb2.x looking skins for 3.0 and 3.5 out there I forgot where. :/

Try vB.com as they have some styles based on the older versions available there (or at least did the last time I looked)
