Hello, I'm new to vbulletin and just got done making the images for my forums at Http://www.gp-squad.com/forums

I used to use phpbb and it was pretty easy to mod and delete stuff that you wanted.
how would I go about delete or editing out some things like this picture below

How would I got about deleting the stuff in the red box.

Before I tell you, I just want to make sure you know that those legends are very handy for new users. Knowing what is what is very usefull. Now that I've said that...

In your adminCP, go to Styles & Templates > Style Manager. Now click the drop down list on the right and go to Edit Templates. Find Forum Home Templates and open that up. Now go to FORUMHOME.

In your adminCP, go to Styles & Templates > Style Manager. Now click the drop down list on the right and go to All Style Options. In the footer template find:<div class="smallfont" align="center">$vbphrase[all_times_are_gmt_x_time_now_is_y]</div>
<br />DELETE IT!

That should work to your liking. If there's an easier way to do it... tell me. =(

awwww, sweet. thanks alot man I do apreciate the help. if you dont wanna answer this one it's ok but its my final question. on my forums when you view a thread one of my images sticks out farther than it should say for instance.

how would i change the px HEIGHT size of that. as you can see above each persons name is the gradient_thead.gif.

:) the red part as you can see the bottom part of the image is sticking out and im trying how to decrease the height in px that it matches up perfectly

Ohhhh. That doesn't look to be the same image. That looks like there's a few pixels between the thead and the message bg. If you look real close, you can see two different images. If you can copy and paste your postbit template to me either here or via PM, I can try to take it out.

In addition to that, I am not seeing what you're seeing when I look at it. What browser are you using? Betting it's FireFox. =D

You may want to place the entire code bit between the "code" tags. Unregistered users can view the code which may be against vBulletin rules.

I honestly can't repeat the same problem on my forum. >_<; I think it's just a FireFox issue. FireFox is doing it, but IE isn't. This is a problem I can't help ya fix right now. =\ Sorry. Maybe someone else knows what's wrong on the FireFox browser.
