Articles System like in "TheAdminZone"

Can you tell me what Articles System http://www.theadminzone.com/forums/articles.php?do=viewarticle&aid=18141 is using?

I'm only looking for a clean Articles system like in TheAdminZone (TAZ), where the article itself is on the right side, and on the left, probably a short intro in a small box (like in TAZ), a select list of articles (like in TAZ), and google adsense (manually add).

It looks like a combination of scripts. The front-end looks like an extension like a power page or CMS such as vBadvanced. The page pulls the latest articles (news) and latest threads from the Article forum. The article system itself is The Geek's Article and Review System PRO (GARS) or GARS-Lite. The Pro is payware where articles are supported on unlimited forums while GARS-Lite only supports one. You can find the Lite version here at vB.org. Just do a search for GARS-Lite.
