Basically what I want to be able to do is limit people from starting new threads in specific forums for a certain time period. For example, in sub-forum A, I only want people to be able to post a new thread once every 12 hours, and for sub-forum B, only post a new thread once every 6 hours, and for sub-forums C-F only post a new thread once every 2 hours. Is that doable? How?
