Can someone please help my catorgrys are not showing up at bottom half the one called Clan Members Only anyone have any ideas please basically it looks like a normal forum its not darked (seperating the look)

that is because "Clan Member Only" is not a category but a forum without any parent. You probably overlooked some of the options while you were making that category and instead created a forum.
