Display links and include rss in archive footer

Need some help with adding following to archive footer:

1.
Implementing/adding rss feeds to archive footer.

2.
Include non-vb php file in archive footer.

3. Adding text links in archive footer.

If the same can be done via plugin system, please let me know.
