Vbulletin ERROR 279???

hey guys my friend just got vbulletin and i wuz over his house and we were installing it on his site and alll of a sudden when he tried to login to the admincp
index he got this message

Database error in vBulletin :

Dooes anybody know whatst wrong?????or what he has to do or any information on this cause he has been stuck on this page for like about five THOUSAND DAYS!!!!! IF YOU GO HERE THIS IS THE MESSEGE HE GETS=
