Edit permission time in only 1 forum?

Hello.

I wonder if its possible to just add a EDIT LIMIT TIME on all forums beside one forum. As I have one forum that is a project forum and people want to edit the first page to add pictures of fix links were old pictures dont work, so its a problem to have limit time of edit in that forum so I wonder is this possible ?

This isn't possible with vBulletin at the moment and there aren't any mods for this on vBulletin.org :cry:
