Quiz system with answers and pictures quizilla

I want some kind of system which lets me ask questions and then on results gives the user a picture they can add to their myspace etc.

Anyone know how easy this would be to make?

im now thinking having installed inferno quiz that maybe i could do it with that anyone have any ideas how?
