Track & Log Scumbag Activity?

If I want to keep track of what scumbag users are doing on my site, is there a way to generate a log of all of their scumbag activities?

I'd like this too... would like to see specifically if they log in every day, how many times, and yet never post (ie: accurately label the lurkers.)

All I see right now is their "last login."
