Sorry if this doesnt go here or it is posted somewhere on the forum but where is the forum dictionary? I need it for a product. I honestly dont get it "/ please help.

Upload to your 'FORUMS ROOT DIRECTORY' (ie: forums/ or forum/)

Thats directory not dictionary. Root meaning the base directory.

So its www.yoursite.com/forums is the root directory for your forums.
www.yoursite.com is the root directory for your site.
