this is a very sleek, professional, clean looking style, just too dark for me. I also have a problem with those navigation tabs vs a standard navigation bar, as I have alot of links on my nav bar, so the tabs wouldn't work for me.

I can't say I am a fan of your choice of colours but the header is nice, I think it would look better if you add some rollover images to it though :)
