Your only aloud to have 1 forum (besides your test board). Of course if you have 2 suscriptions.
And I believe I have done this (the 1 GB host;))

Yes, it can be done, and yes, you need two different vB licenses.
You'll need to create 2 databases and have the includes/config.php file each point to a different one.

FAST FACT TIME!!
With a GB, you could run 142 boards.

And as we have said, it can be done.
Follow the installation instructions just as you normally would, just twice...put the vB files in two different folders...create two different databases....go through installation two different times...

in the config.php i once forgot to change the prefix for my test board during a upgrade, // ****** TABLE PREFIX ******
// Prefix that your vBulletin tables have in the database.
$config['Database']['tableprefix'] = 'vb3_';
remember to change the vb3_

Or, have one forum as vb3_, the other one with no prefix.

The prefix can be whatever you want it to be (even the same thing)....as long as the database name itself is different.
