^^ Does anyone know why I dont have that file with my vBulleting 3.5.4 download... I have not needed it (well I dont think I have) untill now. I am installing a vBulletin Mail System and one of the files you upload with that refers to the file above!

Can anyone help me as where I get it from etc...??

you should probably ask the person who wrote the mail system. But I believe that file is from 3.0 and not 3.5
