How can hide e-mails in the specific forum

Dear friends I want to hide e-mails in a forum from everybody.
I have opened a thread and people write their e-mails here.
When a user enter this forum,he can get the mails of users.
I want to hide.

Or

Can I show only the first post to everbody?
Also the user cant show if he reply it.
Only he see the first post.He will read and send his reply.After sending he cant see any reply.

If you have any idea, I am waiting.
