Whenever I try and import the files I want to be downloaded in my admin control panel it brings up this error
Could not import the following files because the import file could not be read or the export file could not be written to: filename.wmv, filename.wmv, and so on.
Is it becuase they are .wmv files, what does that mean? How can I fix this?
