To many sub catagories. for example you have "Music, Movies, Television " under a Entertainment catagory.. and then you have "Singers And Musicians " & "Music, Movies, Television " under "Celeb Pics And Stuff"... could be confusing as to where to post.

hmm whats confusing abt it?
Pictures and other media should be posted only in Celeb pics and stuff, and that music movies and televison section is for discussion and other things.. not for pictures..
:P

I like the style. The orange and browns work well together. Your navbar is very well thought out and well presented.
Your site seems to be pretty active, and although you have quite a lot of forums all bar one have been posted in this month (the one that hasn't was the 31st May) so there is no cries of redundant forums there.
One thing I have noticed is that you don't have any sort of welcome message for guests to encourage registration. At the very least I would restore the one on forumhome, or maybe consider the welcome headers modification.
For a site that is not yet a year old, your stats are very good (your active members are about that same as my total members :(), so keep up the good work :)

I would put a forum description in the header to let the visitor know what's cookin" there. I don't think the shoutbox really interests your visitors, so I'd move it in the footer. You have a good member count, but a bad post count. Try to start MANY threads to give those members something to reply to. Also merge some of the categories. Most are almost empty and don't look too promising for a visitor. The forums look very good, so it's a project that coult work out great
