Restrict User Permissions Individually

I wish there were the usergroup options for users on a per forum basis.

That way you could have certain users who could not post threads in a certain forum but could post within threads, etc.

I know it could be done with usergroups but I find the usergroup system to be a bit... Unweildy and overly complicated though it does it's job well.

yeah, I've been looking for something like that but with ban options, not user permissions (which you can already do in the admincp).
