Forum links in new window

[intrigue]

I ahve a few forums where i have sub forums as links to the proper websites and would like it so that if vbulletin knows its an external link then it adds target="_blank" to the link.

I dont know where to find this in the package though? Anyone know what file or template i need to edit?
