Could we have this forum please?

Sorry if this has been talked about before, but could we have a forum like "offer services" underneath "service requests"? In this forum people who are looking for or need a new project can make a post about it, and if someone needs their service, they could just contact them? Something like this could be found over at sitepoint.com.

I just thought I would mention this, however, without it I could live, but having it up there could also be helpful I guess. Again sorry if this has been already discussed.

It would kind of kill the purpose of service requests because people would probably rather post where an offer has already been made rather than where one isn't. Both can't exist.

Maybe people could pay for offer themselves like an ad, along with the paid mod hack directory? :D
